All our UK mainland deliveries are made by Royal Mail and are delivered between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding any bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm.
When we receive your order, we do our best to pack and dispatch as soon as possible, and certainly within one working day assuming we have sufficient stock.
Our dispatch service which we use for all UK deliveries is free. Orders sent by Royal Mail to the UK are usually delivered in 1 to 3 business days. Our free standard deliveries are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail for all UK orders under £30, and by 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For service for all orders over £30. Also for all orders, we offer 1st Class Royal Mail Signed For delivery. Please select at checkout.
If you wish your item to be left in safe place, please leave a signed note with clear directions in ‘’Add Comments About Your Order’’ zone. Confet-tea does not recommend customers to leave instructions to our couriers for your goods to be left outside your delivery address. Should the customer wish to proceed with this option, Confet-tea will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

International Deliveries (Including Channel Islands)
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. Please change your delivery area in accordance with your delivery address. If your area is not located in this section, please contact a member of our team for a quote.
Our international deliveries are charged by weight. Once you have placed your order, the delivery charge can be estimated at the checkout page. Parcels outside the UK have to go in boxes of up to 2kg each ( including packaging ). The parcel weight includes the weight of packaging. As a guideline 1.5kg of product will weigh just under 2kg. If the order weight exceeds 2kg, our team will send more than 1 parcel.
International deliveries generally take 3-8 business days to arrive but may take longer during peak periods and to some destinations. If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will do everything in our power to ensure all goods reach their destination, but cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by third parties, e.g poor weather, road closures etc.
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you, to us, within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
Please carefully ensure your address is correct including the postcode. We cannot be held responsible for dispatching to addresses which are incorrect. If there is anything you wish to change, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Confet-tea but occasions may occur where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple and easy as possible.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. EU customers are also entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been opened unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality. It is our policy that if you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.
